The Babe Cave Beauty Studio story begin when founder Kristy Scott was sitting at her corporate job in September 2017 thinking there’s got to be more. This revelation came about after listening to Mel Robbin’s, 5 Second Rule. Kristy had kept a dream of owning a day spa hidden in her heart for 10 yrs. She knew one day this would become reality but never had the guts to move forward with it. Kristy has previously worked for Sephora and been a freelance makeup and spray tanning artist on and off for 10 yrs. She even started a spray tanning business called Tan Ur Can back in 2012 before she hung it up to pursue both her Bachelors and Masters degrees. But beauty bug never left her and she decided to dive head first and start The Babe Cave Beauty Studio in 2018. She knew it was the very calling God had laid upon her heart to start such a business when she got the news that one of her old bosses’ daughters became a victim of bullying and unfortunately took her life. Kristy couldn’t shake the feeling that if only she couldn’t gotten to this gorgeous, young lady to speak life into her one last time. So, she knew this was the very reason why God has started such a mission of such a business for her to reach women of all ages to show them how truly wanted, special, cared for, loved, and more than enough they truly are. This is where the name The Babe Cave came about. Men have their own caves but women rarely have their own retreats so she wanted to create such a place where women could come to for beauty services where they’re not judged for coming as they are. Her mission is to show that beauty doesn’t come in certain forms, shapes, colors, or sizes. And that God has designed us perfectly the way we are. And The Babe Cave will be that judgement free zone.

I've had a love for makeup ever since middle school and its only blossomed from there. I loved being bold with makeup because it always made me stand out from the rest. In high school, I would do prom and homecoming makeup for my friends and since then it's been a match made in heaven. I love making girls feel like the best version of themselves they can be and when they look at themselves in the mirror and can smile.
My style can be simple or complex. I love sparkly glamour or a simple matte natural look. I will make sure to match whatever style your heart desires. Making sure you are more comfortable in your skin when you leave then before when you came in!
